A statutory schedule is used to determine the amount of Title IV funds a student has earned as of the date the student ceases attendance. The amount of Title IV assistance earned is based on the amount of time the student spent in academic attendance, up through the 60 percent point in each payment period or period of enrollment. After the 60 percent point in the payment period or period of enrollment, a student has earned 100 percent of the Title IV funds that they are eligible to receive.
In the event of a natural disaster, public health emergency, severe weather event, governmental action, or other circumstance beyond the College's control that disrupts normal operations, Keuka College reserves the right to modify its method of instruction, academic calendar, schedules, housing arrangements, student services, or other operations as necessary to maintain instructional continuity and protect the health and safety of the College community.
The College may determine, in its sole discretion, whether adjustments or refunds of tuition, fees, housing charges, or meal plan charges are appropriate based on the circumstances. A change in the method of instructional delivery, including a transition to remote or alternative instructional modalities, shall not by itself entitle a student to a refund of tuition or fees.
